I am currently a first-semester master’s student in Applied Psychology at Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, supported by a fully funded CSC Scholarship. My research focuses on Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a specific interest in unethical pro-organizational behavior (UPB) and moral psychology. Recently, I developed behavioral measures for UPB, which led to notable achievements, including a published abstract in the International Journal of Psychology (Impact Factor: 3.3). Currently, I am working on a research project related to compulsory unethical pro-organizational behavior.
